Hi, I’m Chelcey, the owner of Southampton Waggers. I’ve always had a genuine love for animals and believe that every dog deserves to be treated as an individual, with patience, kindness and understanding.

Southampton Waggers was created because I wanted to provide a personal, reliable and caring service where your pets can feel safe, comfortable and genuinely cared for. Whether it’s a solo walk, carefully matched group walk, pet pop-in, training session or sitting in their own home, I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, routine, needs and any individual sensitivities or triggers they may have.

I am Pet First Aid trained and am currently studying Canine Behaviour and Training, allowing me to continue developing my knowledge and understanding of dogs and the factors that influence their behaviour and wellbeing. I’m passionate about learning and continually improving the care and services I can offer to both pets and their owners.

I understand that leaving your pet in someone else’s care can feel like a big decision. That’s why building trust — with both you and your pet — is incredibly important to me. I want you to have complete peace of mind knowing that your pet is receiving the same care, attention and affection I would want for my own.
